Please be informed that as per 1 July 2024, VisiConsult's "VCSecurity" business is now part of  Scanna  (https://www.scanna-msc.com/uk), a market leader in the field of portable security X-ray systems.

Scanna has acquired all of the assets and rights associated with our VCSecurity business, inculding the technology rights for the security sector.

VisiConsult continues to focus on its particularly future-oriented and strongly growing business in the highly attractive market of industrial NDT solutions, and thus, consistently bundle strengths and resources for this purpose.

We will be happy to continue providing current customers with all services required, as well as honoring any warranty obligations that may arise.

Going forward, all new portable X-ray inspections systems for the Public Safety & Security sector will be provided by Scanna and for the German market, we will be glad to assist new customers from counter IED operations, customs and border protection, prisons and counter surveillance in finding a good solution in coordination with Scanna.

Not only due to its market position, but also because they are a family company, we see Scanna as the perfect match to turn over the business of VCsecurity in favor of further development in the interests of the customer and to collaborate on the other hand. We are happy to announce that VisiConsult and Scanna are also concluding a promising partnership for the industrial NDT sector. This includes Scanna being able to provide its customers with VisiConsult’s x.OS software platform, including the VC.acquire platform, as well as the COMPASS AI tools with access to VisiConsult’s NDT system portfolio.
